New for 2018, Amàre Marbellas terrace will be taken over by the Michelin-starred chef, Mauricio Giovanini, who will transform the beachside venue into Marbella's first and only Latin American restaurant from mid-June to mid-September. Giovanini, who won a Michelin Star for his Messina Restaurant, will bring his experience and flair to Hayaca, serving up a fusion of flavors from Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru and Brazil in a fun, casual atmosphere with live music, cooking stations and cocktails bars.

Over the summer, Mauricio Giovanini, the head chef of Marbellas One Michelin Star Restaurant Messina, will be taking over the terrace at Amàre with the Hayaca restaurant. The gastronomic concept will be a Latin cuisine, in a fun and casual atmosphere with music and cocktails. Food served will be a gastronomic fusion of the most typical dishes from various countries. Dishes from Cuba, Columbia, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Brazil, amongst others. To carry out this transformation, the hotel has focused mainly on a change in colors, textiles, furniture, and the layout, lighting and staff attire.
